FLEXIBLE, HIGH-PERFORMANCE INDUSTRIAL PRINTER
A fl exible, ready-to-run high-resolution modular printing system for a
broad range of Pharma, Package Printing, Variable Web, and complex
system industrial printing applications. Available as a complete solution
or on a modular basis.
VARIABLE PRINT SWATH FOR COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTS
The Universal Print Controller (UPC) can support up to 8 DLXP
printhead enclosures (PHE) and up to 8 product detects. The system
is highly fl exible and can be set up for either individual PHE ½” print
swaths or multiple PHEs can be bundled for broader swaths. In addition,
multiple UPCs can be combined to drive up to 32 PHEs and 32 product
detect options. The UPC supports printing left to right, right to left, and
inverted.
RELIABLE DESIGN FOR CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENTS
The DLXP Printing system is designed to accommodate either singleuse
or bulk cartridges. The PHE’s robust, heavy metal enclosure is
ideal for harsh, continuous use industrial environments. Electronics are
enclosed in a water-resistant module and include fully enclosed pogo
pin assembly to assure long-term connectivity and reliability of the
system.
EASY TO USE & MAINTAIN
The DLXP printing system is easy to set up, use, and maintain. Compatibility with commercially available application software provides
for a complete, out-of-box solution that can be up and running in a
short time.

LEXMARK TIJ ADVANTAGE
DLXP is designed to work with Lexmark’s TIJ. Industrial-class, ½” swath
single-use and bulk cartridges are available as well as Lexmark’s bulk
ink systems to provide the Lexmark TIJ Advantage:
− Approx. 2X the throw distance vs. leading TIJ competitor allows
for ¼” gap and increased reliability with variable media thicknesses
(based upon ink type and media used)
− Approx. 2X the rated speed vs leading TIJ competitor with jetting
frequencies up to 24 kHz
− Approx. 2X nozzle count vs. leading TIJ competitor provide for
increased reliability and print quality.
− Dual rows, redundant nozzles for more reliable printing
− Print up to maximum of 760 ft/min (3.9 m/s) @ 150 x 600 dpi
